For over 10 years, Brand Castle, LLC has been a leader in gourmet baking kits. Each product contains everything you need to bake and decorate brownies, cookies and cupcakes--you just add the fresh ingredients! We sell seasonally to every class of trade and our customer base extends to countries in the UK, Europe, Australia and Canada, and our licensed partnerships include Disney, Dreamworks, Kellogg's, Sanrio, Nickelodeon and Snyder's.
Our office is comprised of 30 experienced employees with backgrounds in food science, nutrition, product development, marketing, graphic design, design, sales, operations and customer service. Seasonally, our warehouse staff swells to over 80 production members who are food safety certified and follow strict Company SOP's. A few years ago we acquired the Aspen Mulling Spices brand, and in early 2017 we added Sisters' Gourmet to our growing family.
