Hello.
I have set up as a small scale producer of ice cream based on a farm (in the UK.) I am the only employee and have so far been selling the ice cream direct from my van by the cone, and in 1 litre tubs to local residents.
A number of local pubs and shops have now got in contact, wishing to stock my ice cream. As I am now selling via a third party I need to apply for approval of a food business establishment, part of which includes a "description of food management systems based on HACCP principles." I have had a go at this, but was wondering if there was any where I could get hold an example of the above, to see if there is a standard layout or if I have missed obvious sections.
I've had a search but drawn a blank, could anyone point me in the right direction.
Thanks
Ben
