I have been here for a while...not introduce myself yet :) Currently I am in Australia..learning new type food industry. My previous experiences are about canning and retort processes..I missing them. So if any one have question about canning, retort, thermal processing..please ask/share.

I've done a bit of canning in my time...maybe we can bore the others talking about knock down flanges and the like!!
