my question is simply this what forms and can any one give them to me do i need for aib certs. and haccp
we are new at this and im leading the team and my research has brought me to my knees i need some help can you help me????????/

What is ment with aib cert?
Could you be more specific what forms you need and for what kind of bussines.

Hy,
for your HACCP:
if it helps, you can use a sceme, I am using during consultations and advice. My clients found it very helpful to built up the structure of the risk analysis and every auditor praised it´s easy use and understandability.
(I am leader or member in HACCP-teams for nearly 10 years and if you need help, just send me a message)

What is ment with aib cert?

AIB is the "The American Institute of Baking"; they manage a range of Food Safety Certification Schemes. I think James is from a packaging organisation.
