No time, but great e-learning postgraduate courses from International centre for HACCP Innovation.

Thanks for the link Bibi. In the UK the new HACCP regulations are of most concern to small outlets and foodservice establishments; to many of them the idea of HACCP is pretty new. However, I believe they're getting a lot of help from local Environmental Health Offices. EHO's are the people who inspect food premises in the UK.
