Dear All

Thanks a lot for all of the above discussion.Definetely this is not a hijacked topic.
This point was boggling me 'what if,' for this simple reason I found the best way to explore this point by posting in this forum, as many of you are expert in this field.

I personaly feel this is possible provided Hazarad analysis is carried out correctly.

Regards
Monika

Really interesting one which i had read so for since i am also from same field. We are manufacturing PET preforms for mineral water bottles company. In Chennai - Inida also we tried to get ISO 22K without CCP for this process. But one of auditor from Pepsi- HO - Gurugoan advised that no need to add AA as a CCP (AA is the only migrating from bottle wall to water but it is nor harmful, only we smell it). If the AA level is more than 10 PPM we can smell the water with fruity odour however in tomoto kitchup and all we have more than 500 PPM hence it is obsolutely no harmful to human being.

In my doubut is in all plastic manufacturing process have magnet device in mateiral hopper which is capturing ferrous material from RM while feeding. Whether we add as a CCP? if add CCP means what is the critical limit and how to calibrate this magnet? Is it essential to unviel this process step? The likelihood is very low.
thanks and regards

Dear kmasan,

I hv already given one response to yr last paragraph in another thread. It is preferable to avoid double posting. People get confused and waste time.
