Thanks for that Caz, it's a very useful reference document that could help us to improve on our own HACCP plan here (a drinks company).

Fantastic example Caz, I don't understand it all, mind I'm only the forums administrator. I'll leave the food safety to the experts. Anyway thank you for sharing and hopefully it will be the first of many and this could become a fantastic HACCP Plan library.

To other members, if you have a HACCP Plan you can share, please don't be afraid to post it.
