We have just started a new manufacturing plant for producing Oleoresins and Essential oils using
Supercritical Fluid extraction (CO2).

Not sure how to standardize the oleoresins products to be accepatble in market. How to dilute them, to
sell in the retail market.

FDA/EC approved packaging material to be used?

The products are really nice, but not sure how to blend them? In the extraction process some
water do come along with the oil....how to remove that water?

Is there any need for homogenizer in oleoresin manufacturing process?

Regards,
Sandy

Hi

its nice to here that you have started SCF extraction plant. what are the advantages of these products ? where is your manufacturing unit located ?

I think you can use hot TSP solution for the cleaning

Diluton factor depends on the final product usage and yield of raw material
