Hi all,

i am a new member from Croatia, working in food industry as QA manager.
Our products are fruit fillings, mostly for bakery (thermostable jams etc).

I found this site on Google, and i cant stop smiling - so many good topics here :)

Anyway, i hope i will get some help if needed, but more important, i hope will get a chance to help somebody :)

Hellow everyone.

I am Sherwin of United Arab Emirates. Im working for a Catering Company feeding 6,000 employees of different nationalities and categories. My background is in Construction Safety and now learning food safety. I think this site is best for me.
