For all those interested in ISO 22000.

Unfortunately following the September meeting of ISO TC 34 Working Group 8 there isn't any official news to report or even a snippet of gossip to be had - believe me we tried hard. Word is they are progressing but because the latest meeting was not formally adjourned lips must remain sealed.

6 January 2004 is the next likely date for an update and maybe even a sneak preview of the draft.

We'll keep you posted.

Regards,
Simon

Has anyone got a draft copy of ISO22000?

Hi Yorkshire and welcome to the forum.

The last meeting of ISO TC 34 Working Group 8 in September last year was not formally adjourned so basically no new public information came out of it. They were supposed to meet again in January but it is not in the schedule on the ISO website, which is very strange. I'm going to contact John Surak later today for an update and I'll ask when we might see a draft. When I get a reply I will post it in here.

I've attached the most up to date info we have to this post.
