Hi:

As everybody knows that food micro test for example coliform, staph, TPC ,etc...needs incubation period 48 hrs . My question is is there any particular test gives the result within few hrs? just to know if the foof fit or not or includes pathogenic bac or not.

There are "rapid" tests such as petrifilm or Microfoss that will give a quicker result for a selection of bacteria.

Dear hygienic,

or includes pathogenic bac or not.

As stated, the answer to the above is simple - No

For certain species, the answer may be (presumptively )Yes.

It basically comes down to the fact that the bugs need time to grow to numbers that are detectable. We're limited in our testing to biological constraints.
