Dear Members,

Now, I am on my placement. My task would be gathering all critical microbiological and chemical limits for dried herbs. I can not find any information in the Codex regarding to these plants.
If somebody has any idea, where shall I looking for these information, please do not hesitate to give me a helping hand.
Some of our dried herbs like: Valeriana officinalis, Levisticum officinale, Petroselinum crispum, Radix angelicae..but we got another 7-8 types.

Hello newguy,

I've found it difficult sometimes to find specific micro limits on herbs or spices. I however have referenced (and been referred to) the European Herbal Infusions Association. They have some micro recommendations for untreated herbs.

I don't know if it's totally applicable to what you're looking for, but I hope it helps.
