I've Finished Masters In Food Sciece. I was able gain an expeience as Production team leader for one and half years and as trainee quality inspector for 5 months. Could someone please let me know The IRCA certification would help me in finding a proper job for me as I've already gained some experience.

Hi Dpu,
I am going to tell you how it works in Spain. Actually, the IRCA acreditation is interesting but only for accessing to job interviews. Finally, the employers are the certificacion bodies (Bureau Veritas, SGS, etc), they decide hire o not, according with your CV, experience, availability, etc.
Nowadays, with the hard economic situation, is difficult to be hired for them with a long term exclusive contract, it is seems that they are betting for subcontracting... But that is other story.
