This has become a common request in my experience and we require it of our vendors as part of our supplier/ingredient approval program.

We haven't got the BRC audit yet but in my experience all clients tend to request all centificates that the company has.

Not that all of the concerns are adressed with this, but the BRC DIrectory does have a "peer to peer" sharing capability. Essentially once you gain certification, you can elect to share an individual audit report with a customer (they will need to get registered on the Directory as well). The site can revoke visibility at any time. For those certified sites, you can access this by logging into the Directory, and of course the good team at submissions@brcglobalstandards.com will help where needed.

When our customers ask for report and certificate I usually send them the Certificate only. If they ask again, then that's when I send it to them.
