Dear Simon,

I have a recommendation.

IMO the title of Forum "Customer Complaints Talk" should be replaced with any of the following suggestion. This will help to incorporate posts on Customer feedback (including positive feedback), CRM issues, Customer Focus requirements of different management standard etc.

- Opt-1: Customer Focus Talk
- Opt-2: Customer Relation Talk
- Opt-3: Customer Feedback Talk
