Dear hygienic,

It logically depends on the conclusions to the last objectives. Maybe corrective actions will be yr new objectives ??

What were your three food safety objectives for 2010, what were your targets and what did you achieve? Based on performance data / results of audits, complaints, problems etc. where do you need to improve the most?

Simon

Thanks Simon, actually FS objectives were ,reduce the percentage of rejected received raw material (FS reason) 5% by the end of 2011,Reduce the Number of NCs from the locl authority and finally Reduce the Percentage of waste from the production area 5% by the end of 2011. All I can prove that there is a reduction to the target percentage but by which way , report or chart or what??? Sall I make a comprehensive report for the three objectives mentioned above ?
Now I am working to put new three food safety objectives so your share is highly appreciated.

Hygienic

Dear hygienic,

If you don't mind a little reading over New Year, the threads below (quite short) all have at least 3-4 ideas for FS Objectives in them, should enable few ideas -

Take a look at the good links Charles provided for ideas. In answer to your questions I would make a report to demonstrate to both management and workers:

1. What the objectives were
2. What improvements have been achieved
3. What actions were taken
4. The benefits of the improved performance e.g. cost reduction, less complaints, increased customer satisfaction etc.
5. Next steps

How you do this is up to you, but I would try to keep it as simple as possible to aid communication and ensure that it is paid attention to.

For 2012 you need to be looking at your data to determine and prioritise new objectives for improvement. We can help you formulate your plans, but if you want help with that you need to provide data and information on your business FSMS performance.

Regards,
Simon
