Does anyone have a list of all the risk assessments that are required under BRC Issue 6 and referenced against the clause number?

I have copied over the entire standard to a spreadsheet for processing (if you want to do it, note you can copy and paste the text from the "sample" pdf that is out there; you can't do it from the ebook copy - my reason for buying it...great...). Anyway, searching that for the keyword "assessment":

3.5.1.1 (sort of - part of HACCP)

3.5.2.1

3.5.4.4

4.2.1

4.4.13

4.8.1

4.10.1.1 (sort of)

4.10.3.1

4.10.6.1

4.13.1 (done by your pest contractor)

4.14.1

5.2.1 (sort of - probably part of HACCP)

5.2.3

5.5.1.3

6.3.2

I think that's it; hopefully I got them all. About 10 fewer than V5 - weh-hey...!

I'm new to this forum and have learned SO much the last few weeks  and have found it very valuable in preparing the our BRC Audit which is scheduled the last week of March - just before the Interpretation Guide is due out. Thank you to all the people who are so unselfish and wish to share their knowledge and experience!

My question is concerning all of these risk assessments - Do we have to have preformed all of these risk assessments? What if we are already doing something they are asking for, but we are doing it because it is a practice we already have in place and don't really have a risk assessment done for it.

Thanks for any guidance you can give me!

I fill out my risk assessment form anyway and put "Standard company practice" against the control.

3.4.4
4.5.1
4.9.3.2 (maybe)
4.11.1
4.13.8
5.5.1.1 (maybe)
6.1.4
7.4.6

I attended the BRC North American conference in Chicago, and they mentioned that there are 26 Risk Assessments listed in the Standard. Obviously not all them apply to every facility. I'm still trying to compile a list of all 26. To add on to the ones mentioned above I would look at:
3.4.4
4.11.1
6.1.4
5.5.1.3
