Dear All,

This is a BRC Food6 checklist which I noticed while browsing.

In some places the condensed text is interpretative and occasionally over-selective (eg see 1.1.6), possibly as was appropriate to the author. Not suggested as a replacement for the full standard and is less detailed than existing checklists on this forum but does seem to offer a quick read of many of the main points.

It additionally includes an interesting tabular layout for analysing/summarising the appropriate responses to the various clauses. Illustrative entries are given in some cells and for certain concepts.

Not a Magnum Opus for sure but may suggest a few ideas here and there.

Dear Charles;

How can I get BRC 6 Standard ? Is it posted here before ?
I do look to the checklist but I was searching for the standard I could not able to get

Dear hygienic,

The table of the standard which contains all the audited sections is freely available from the BRC website. The table itself and site links to the table hv also been posted here (somewhere) in the BRC Food forum.
