Harendra,

Pls. check the backside reference of ISO 22K, where you can get the cross linkage clauses. Mostly the clause 4.0, 5.0 & 6.0 are the same. You have to work little more for your internal and external communication and have to update for management review to have simialr. The clause 7.0 is the one for which, you have to prepare elaborately to address all points of ISO 22K. If you have documented all your process in detail, then you can give reference to that while making the system as per clause7.0.

Regarding the operational PRP's - the most common among the food industry is Your Storage temperature of RM's (FG'S in some cases) and packaging material integrity. You can finalize your OPRP's only after your hazard analysis and it is case to case basis. Standard lable requirement as per ISO 22K is labeling relating to food safety (production & expiry dates, storage temperateure), appropriate required handling, preparation and use should be addressed. It is advised to follow the labeling requirement as per the country's specification where you are selling your product. You will get the details form the Product specificaiton such as Indian Product Standard, PFA requirement etc..

Rgds,
anish
