I work in a small bakery we produce small quantities of various breads and distribute them to small shops. We pack unwrapped bread in crates and deliver them to shops. I'd like some advice concerning the cleaning of bread crates from your experience. Do you wash and disinfect them every day or weekly for example 40 crates in your plan of sanitation procedure? Give tips of your sanitation solutions concerning bread crates. Thanks in advance.
