But also depend on products do you produce and which area that you will sanitize

There are many kind of sanitizer and each sanitizers have advantages and disadvantages, you can search on the internet about that
Choosing a sanitizer depends on your product, process etc.

Dear husnul / qasimabbasi,

The well-known textbook by Marriott, Principles of Plant Food Sanitation is a popular starting point. Available as Google Book.

I can't find this book, but I found Principles of Food Sanitation by Norman G Marriot and Robert B. Gravani (2006)
Is it correct?

hadi

We are using "Lift" manufactured by Evans, UK (http://www.evansvano...s/130-lift.html).

You may select any other cleaner and/or sanitizing chemical suitable for your premises and purpose from a list of products offered by them.

http://www.evansvano...janitorial.html

Address of their representative/dealer in Pakistan is:
Superline marketing co. (PECHS, Karachi, 021-4527037, 0303-7255882)

IMO, non-perfumed chemicals should be used in production and storage areas of food processing company.

M.Zeeshan.
