Good Afternoon!

I am wondering if anyone has a checklist for the management of suspended ceilings? I'm trying to give my maintenance department a little guidance after a roof leak went un-noticed. What are the typical things I should expect maintenance staff to check for when inspecting suspended ceilings?

thanks!

Hello Isabelle, How about inspecting the void above the suspended ceiling for any contaminants, water ingress, damp, odour, signs of pest activity etc. Also a check of the condition of the cables and fittings and the ceiling itself for damage and deteriortation. A clean of the area should also be considered.

A couple of ideas to get the ball rolling. :bye:

Simon
