I currently have a five part video tape series produced by the American Institute Of Baking that covers Definitions, Personnel and Practices, Buildings and Facilities, Utensils and Equipment and Production and Process Controls.

Each tape is roughly 15 minutes in duration and are shown to all new hires as part of their initial training. I also use them for the required annual GMP training for all employees.

While they are great for new employees who may not have had any previous exposure, they are, IMO, overkill for long term employee refresher training

Can anyone suggest a 30 minute or so video presentation on GMP's, geared toward a food manufacturing facility, that would be more suitable for refresher training for employees that already have a grasp of the concepts?

Marshall -
Have you tried jjkeller.com? We use an older GMP video of theirs that is in both English & Spanish. I have always been happy with their products. I have noticed that JJ Keller seems to be reducing their food safety offerings as of late, so not sure what exactly they still have available.

I've looked at all the usual suspects. JJ Keller has the same 5 part series from AIB.

Thanks. Similar to what I do with Personal Hygiene and HACCP training.
I think what I will do, if I can't find an engaging video presentation is just cull out the Personnel and Practices and the Production and Process Controls videos and use those.
Basically covers the relevant points without boring people to tears with all the rest.

We do a monthly newsletter in the facility with a food safety section. In this month's edition I post the GMP policy. So that reinforces whatever other training I do that has to be documented.
