Dear All;

 

I just want to ask with regards the implementation of food safety management system in the Airline, here I am talking about the airline not for the Airline catering, Is it possible , do any airline around the world got the Haccp certificate or any other food safety system ? please if it is possible How will be implemented and what are the requirements to have such as this certificate for the Airline ?

Sorry but I don't understand yr post.

 

i don't think manufacturers of aircraft are included within the scope of FS management systems ? Unless you mean with respect to their activity as a food storage and distribution centre (which would be a part of the catering function anyway) ?

 

Please clarify.

Usually a flight catering company deal with supplying of the meals, but does the OP perhaps mean the serving of the food on the airline by the happy hostesses.
