hello,

 

 

We are RTE (cooked meat product)  plant, SQF 200 level 3, It was pointed by the auditor when he was talking about PM shift maint

I have a RAG report for maintenance (usually stuff I've picked up on a GMP audit)

Red - needs to be done ASAP (food Safety or Health & Safety)
Amber - Within a certain time frame (I stipulate on my form)
Green - More time to do, may require cap

I usually put in a justification as to why and when work needs doing and (if I know) what equipment is required and costs.

Our PPM is a different system entirely, as is managed by engineers but with some input from myself regarding calibration of key items of equipment etc.
