Any of you guys dealing with GRMS (Global Read Meat Standard) down there?

I used to live in the Karori end of Welly, may be taking a business trip to Timaru sometime early next year...

Cheers and Welcome!

Hi Baron,

I always thought you were an exclusively fish person.

Have you actively expanded yr horizons or are you just evaluating  the relatively "rare"   GFSI  benchmarked standards ?

Kind Regards,

Hello Charles.C,

I do look at all of the GFSI benchmarks as I am somewhat consulting now. But yes, my technical training is seafood, but the management of a benchmark are pretty much the same (apart from some small quirks) as all pretty much share the some fundamental concepts. So I am keeping up on all of them. Albeit the Global Read Meat Standard is pretty rare, it has the potential to get more popular in the future.

Cheers,

-B
