Does anyone have a documented QACCP procedure?

Am going to implement one and looking for examples as opposed to just doing a find/replace for Hazard>Quality Attribute on my HACCP.

To ask the obvious and save other people some futile Googling, what is QACCP ?

Its Quality Attribute Critical Control Point like HACCP but focussing on Quality rather than Hazards so colour, shape, texture, size rather than Micro, Chemical etc

Dear Lanser,

Thanks for clarification.

it sounds like (the whole additional part of ) SQF level 3, or the Woolworths FS add-on segment.

Apply the method you used to make your HACCP program, but at each step consider possible Quality issues rather than Safety. Both my HACCP & QACCP plans look almost identical except for the wording.

Oh...

I made mine the same plan & put quality considerations in there as well. Just threw the quality checks & policies right in there.  They're supposed to be separate?
