Hi I was wondering if anyone has had to write up a Food defense training program for contractors to review that are doing work in your warehouse. Any ideas on how to word such a document? Thanks all suggestions would be appreciated greatly!

Hi Karla,

This would be covered by contractors being subject to approval/supplier assurance, a contractor briefing pack, supervision and a permit to work.
