Dear All,

Can anyone throw light on the emergency preparedness procedure for product storage and their associated influence towards food safety covering mitigation and control for a edible oil industry?

Thanks in advance
Regards
Ram

What possible emergency situations could occur in the area of your facility?  Typhoons? Earthquakes? Riots?  Nuclear leakage?

You and your senior management team will need to come up with a plan to keep your product from becoming contaminated and secure under these potential events.

Exactly.

What if condition A exists? What will we do to ensure food safety, quality and legality?

What if condition B exists? What will we do to ensure food safety, quality and legality?

Easier said than done, I'm sure. But this is how you will need to think in order to answer your original question.
