I hope that the New Year has been great....

 

I am looking at developing a supplier quality assusrnace questionnaire for my fresh produce suppliers.

I have an idea of what I need to include in this questionnaire, however I would really appreciate some input to ensure that I have covered all my bases.

• Details about the organization / supplier.
• Contact details
• Details on any certification standards that they maybe accreddited by
• Questions on Good Agricultural Practices such as irrigation water supply used, pesticides applied, MRL testing, post harvest treatments, traceability etc.

Dear ashnee,

 

You might consider comparing yr somewhat tentative list (? ) with the typical questionnaires used in GAP audits for primary producers. Detailed examples exist on the net (somewhere). i also seem to recall posting one on this forum (somewhere else).
