Our first BRC audit, and we got an A!! We had 9 minor non-conformities. We had done a pre-audit, which was a good idea, as it caught a lot of minors. Lots of work still to do, but we can do it!

Thanks to everyone on this forum. It's a great resource for information.

WowQC, very well done.

Grade A isn't easy.  Less than 10 minors on any audit is a tough ask even when on very best behaviour.

Two A+ :spoton:

One with no minors (shows off).

Nah seriously, the auditor missed stuff as they always do but never thought I'd get an audit with 0 minors (and we really did!  Unannounced!)

Mavrek; that's harsh.  11 minors is only 1 off an A isn't it?  I'm surprised most auditors would try and roll two in together so you weren't so close?
