Hello everybody!

I'm working in fish factory: smoked fish in oil or other sauces, canned fish.

Can someone help me with example for Technical process verification. What should I put inside daily verification documents for maintenance and repair documents?

Should laboratory check every repair process?

And one more: in specification docs for equipment is written that it need to be verified once per year, but our auditors asked to make this twice or more per year, is this mentioned in some quality or assurance docs? cause i couldn't find this information in IFS or BRC docs.

It needs to be validated annually and verified on a continuous basis I would have thought.... if your process is based on  time/temp you  need to be recording time and temp for each batch being cooked/retorted/sterilised. What monitoring have you got in place at the moment?

I think we need more information regarding the maintenance documents, I don't quite understand what you are asking for.

I'm entitled to my opinion, even a stopped clock is right twice a day

.

We have frozing storehouse, fish preparing room like this: http://www.liepajnie...09_sprotes2.jpg

Then fish goes to smoking machine : http://www.manmachin...es/12_01_13.jpg   (much larger)

After that fish head is removed by knifes

Then sprats in oil is formed like that: http://g2.delphi.lv/...81_e6844f12.jpg

Our technical service has some papers, but they write only preventative and corrective actions. All of them laboratory need to sign.

So question: can someone send an example of documents for technical department to fill for repair process, repair oil, time etc. So what technical department need to fill? Cause our department do not understand what they can put in, they need to count repair time, things they use, but if its necessary for quality and assurance?
