UHMW Cutting Surfaces acceptable against SQF/GFSI standards?

We currently use white UHMW for our cutting/processing table surface(s). I recently discovered this surface is also available in green. Has anyone tried the green (UHMW) surface and is it acceptable against SQF/GFSI standards? Thanks
