Hello?

Can you help me about my thesis? Can you give me some ideas on what problems/topics I will study for my thesis?  I want an experimental thesis. And I think about fruits or vegetables as my variable. For example, I want to study about soursop, sweetsop, or canistel? What is its interesting study with that fruits? I can't site a definite title for my thesis. An how I will use that fruit for my study?

Please help me construct a title regarding either of that fruits. A unique thesis study. I very much appreciate your suggestions or opinions.

Thank you.

Respectfully yours,

Jellisa

Jellisa:

May be:-

a) Presence of any anti-microbial, anti-tumour, anti-aging properties ...... etc. in the fruits you mentioned. [Try to identify the compound]

b) Post harvest handling of the fruits e.g. with what treatment to prolong the shelf-life [Compare a few treatments]

c) Etc.

Yong:

thank you for your suggestions..

I'm thinking of utilizing the said fruit, for example the soursop fruit and leaves, make it into like pastry or cake... not just for the purpose of feeding the stomach but because for its benefits. that people might not be thought that this fruit can be made into other form of food, not just a fruit itself.

Jellisa22,

IMO, before you decide the title of your thesis, you must do some research about the studies already done in the area of your interest... Avoid do something that someone already did (or similar).
Speak with your Mentor/Professor. Usually they have some knowledge about the field, specially if he/she is a researcher as well.
I think is very hard chose a title without knowing what you really want to do, meaning the main goal of the research!

Rgds.
