Maybe I have mentioned it here, but a bar in my neck of the woods has a T-shirt that says "You can't drink all day, if you don't start in the morning..."

Funny at first glance, then it is kind of frightening.

There's this old joke from the SImpsons where Marge & Homer go to see the lawyer voiced by Phil Hartman

And he takes a sip of his flask, and they ask if it's a little early to be drinking, and he says

...

I've been up for days.

And now I always try to drink early and in public so someone can scold me and I can use that line.  Always.   Martini glass emoticion.

One of my first jobs was over nights at a convenience store. I remember coming home one morning in the summer and it was a glorious day, so I sat on my front steps at 7:30 AM, drinking a beer. I felt the need to explain myself to the folks going in to the nearby synagogue.

BTW I am sorry how I contributed to the severe highjack of this thread.  WeepingAngela.gif

So, whilst I'm having my tea (super / dinner) , some of you are having lunch, and some of you are having breakfast!!

No wonder it feels like I'm talking to myself here in the mornings!!

So every other weekend I'm doing something wrong?

I'm afraid to ask, but what do you do on the weekends that you don't drink?

Caz x

TBH I have my kids every other weekend... so daddy can't be half in the bag on those weekends...  Until night time.  But then I need to get my sleep for when they wake up so I can make breakfast.  They are kind enough to play on the PS3 quietly, now, if I'm not up when they are... but when they get hungry I will hear about it :roflmao:

I visited a facility that had a similar situation and they developed a Shower System for their racks of product entering the RTE area after it had traveled through the non-RTE area.

  • They verified that the shower system was spraying properly (time, amount and coverage) and that the sanitizing liquid they were using (that was approved for process) was at the proper concentration through out the day.
  • They regularly did environmental sampling on the racks as well as environmental samples of areas in the RTE rooms to verify their procedures are effective.
  • They designated employees who could transfer the racks to ensure the employees know not to touch anything during the transporting process and they are dressed in clean and separate color coded PPE so they stood out.
  • They also used a powdered sanitizer on the floor of the non-RTE area.

I am not saying this is the way to go but hopefully this gives you something to consider.  Whatever you decide, as long as you can verify it and validate it is effective, with scientifically proven results, then you should be ok.

Before entering high risk area, pass the trolley into the chlorinated water pool (200ppm) to sanitize the wheels from any bacteria that present on low risk room (wheels dip pool).

Good luck

Depending on how early you eat that would be correct.

No wonder it feels like I'm talking to myself here in the mornings!!

I consider talking to myself a good thing.  Its often where I get the best answers.... :roflmao:
