Hello,

I wanted to introduce myself. I started working a year a ago for a very small start-up manufacturer of vegetarian meat substitutes. This was my first job in food manufacturing. Now the company is growing and wants to open up more opportunities. This includes working with customers that require GFSI certification. Obtaining GFSI and food safety in general has fell on my shoulders. I started with no experience, but I am slowly learning. At times it feel overwhelming, but as I break things down it is becoming manageable.

I look forwards to learning from the collective knowledge and experience of this forum.

Thanks,

Ben
