Do any of you know where I can access the above please?

 

I know that on Tesco Technical library there is an approved suppliers list but this is for protein suppliers only.

 

I want to look at suppliers of other items of food such as baking ingredients, cakes etc.

Tesco's Food Manufacturing Standard (TFMS), being an internal company standard combined with the way they seen to work with and develop their suppliers,  I would not think they put out a list of their approved suppliers.
