Thank you to all who organized this fine event.  I was fortunate enough to listen in last year as well and I am looking forward to next year.  For me, what is great about it is:

 

-broad expertise and well-done presentations

-good moderation of questions for the presenter

-it's free for attendees; we don't have to take time to submit and justify expense for approval

-one can listen in and submit questions without undue interruption of other duties

-no travel

-I always learn something

I did not catch as much as I would have liked (9,000 questions and some urgent matters and a production issue), but what I did hear was VERY well presented and had good information.

 

Great Job to everyone involved!  Thank you Simon and crew for pulling this together!

I really enjoyed all the expertise yesterday!  There were only a couple of topics that did not pertain to me so I listened all day, my only regret was missing some of the early ones as I was still in bed!  Glad you will be posting them so we can catch the ones we missed.  I look forward to another round next year!

The presentation topic choices are in tune with today’s changing food safety enterprise. The elite presenters in their own right were engaging and showed interest and passion for those presentations that was clearly shown in the delivery of their perspective presentations. This by far was thee most intriguing and knowledge fulfilling webinar/seminar/workshop that I have attended. Well done. Cheers to Simon and the IFSQN group. I can't wait till it gets posted so I can hear the presentations from 1am and 2am.
