I am starting from the very basics with policies and procedures regarding HACCP & SQF.
Management is behind efforts but implementing change is never easy for personnel who have been with the company for a long period of time or who don't see the benefit.
I don't want to immediately start down the road of "coaching & counseling" & write-ups
Do you have any suggestions for incentives for personnel that may make the transition more seamless?
For example, I have just had handwashing sinks installed and they should be in use within the next 2 weeks.
Ok.......everyone start washing your hands! Blah, blah, blah.
Any motivational suggestions, other than the obvious "do the right thing" speech.
Any suggestions are welcomed!
