We had the initial qualifying audit and a follow up audit one year later.

Normally these companies give you audit guidelines before audit because these types of audits a are COMPLIANCE audits agaist their Supplier Development / Quality Assurance Program. If not provided you can ask them.

 

Also get the detailed audit visit program. It will help you to better prepare yourself for Audit.

Snookie is looking for information on how the auditors were, what did they look at and maybe what they saw, things they seemed more interested in than other things.  For example my last AIB inspection the auditor was actually on her hands and knees looking for bugs under equipment.  That might be important to someone who has an upcoming AIB audit.

My last AIB auditor asked for risk assesment and cleaning schedule for external walls and drain pipes :)
