Hi Everyone.  I work for small family run business in Baja Mexico.  We had an NSF audit two years ago, got 0 on the HACCP part (we didn't have HACCP), but we're doing things differently this time.  So I got training on HACCP, got our members, and have been preparing our HACCP Plan.  This site has been such a valuable wealth of information and I am grateful to have found it.

I'm sure there's a ton of things that I don't know but nice to know I have somewhere to turn to so it doesn't seem so overwhelming.

Thanks for all the active members and contributors to this forum.
