Not bad. On my document I have sign offs of who was made aware/retrained of the change.

hi,,

 

thank you, its really helping. i have never seen those kind of form before. when i was work as a QC I used to revised the document by myself regarding on my supervisor's command and consideration.

But then, my goal is to have them incorporated on the training program so the training record would tell individual person which is clearer.

I am building a compliance program from the ground up -- does anyone have any recommendations on how to organize the Document Control SOP's (Change Control, Creation of SOPs, Recording of Data, etc.) and what content should be written into these procedures? 

 

I appreciate any help!
