Yes I would have to agree with that....it is an essential nutrient and one of the four basic food groups!

CHOCOLATE IS A VEGGIE

  1. Chocolate is derived from cacao beans. Bean is a vegetable. Sugar is derived from either sugar cane or sugar beets. Both are plants, which places them in the vegetable category too. Therefore chocolate is a vegetable.
  2. Chocolate-covered raisins, cherries, orange slices, and strawberries all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want.
  3. Chocolate also contains milk which is dairy. So candy bars are a health food.
  4. If you've got melted chocolate all over your hands, you're eating it too slowly.
  5. The problem: How to get two pounds of chocolate home from the storein a hot car. The solution: Eat it in the parking lot.
  6. Diet tip: Eat a chocolate bar before each meal. It'll take the edge off your appetite and you'll eat less.
  7. If calories are an issue, store your chocolate on top of the fridge. Calories are afraid of heights and they will jump out of the chocolate to protect themselves.
  8. And if you break your chocolate, all the calories fall out and it is a low calorie food.
  9. If I eat equal amounts of dark chocolate and white chocolate, is that a balanced diet? Don't they actually counteract each other?
  10. Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today. That way at least you'll get one thing done.
  11. A nice box of chocolates can provide your total daily intake of calories in one place. Isn't that handy?
  12. If you can't eat all of your chocolate it will keep in the freezer. But if you can't eat all your chocolate, what's wrong with you?

UGH, I don't want to work today.   None else is at work.  IFSQN is dead too.  I'm going to have to go to Gawker to get someone posting some stupid stuff  to entertain me, but it doesn't look like work when my boss walks by :(.

I was a bit leery when I clicked on the link and it said best to watch in full screen and make sure the volume is up...I thought at anytime the Exorcist face would just pop up and scream at the top of her lungs in the middle of all this...but no, the sentiment was just right.

There's even a puzzle for people to do who are bored at work.  :x_tongue:

Like the way you think.  I would love to travel and see the UK (and I agree with "meet" friends, Europe--especially Italy and New Zealand.

That sounds like a nice bucket list.  I'm not a great traveller, I'm more of a homebody.  My excuse is that my old back sleeps best in a recliner and few hotels have them.  But, it's only an excuse, I have never liked to travel much in the real world, prefer to travel in books or video games.

I would love to meet anyone who wants to trek to the Maryland area.  I know all the museums and historic locations and would be a tour guide for all who want to stop by.   :welcome:

I'm  :notworking:  this week, but dropping in off and on.

Dollywood.   I would not mind visiting Dollywood.

It's cold now!  But I'd be very, very interested in a nattybo and a grape joose.  I have....stuff from California.... Next year we should do  site wide secret santa  :ninja: .  Shipping costs would be insane though.

Maybe someone overseas has Strongbow?  I can't find it in the states anymore and I'm worried it's discontinued

I'd love to visit Wales, England, Scotland, and Ireland because I never got to go there in the Navy and then end up in Croatia and never leave.

Strongbow is wonderful (I assume referring to Cider).

This may be totally irrelevant but would make an interesting movie IMO -
