hello everyone,

I need an example of a customer complaint trending Procedure. I just passed our SQF audit and one of non-conformities is a procedure for trending.

Hi,

There  is a method of carrying out customer complaint trend analysis. It is not based on any system requirements but on the organisation's needs.

It can be through an Excel tracker (a monitoring record), where all customer complaints are uploaded. Then, from this record, using  "sumifs" formula, required reports can be made for purpose of analysis.

Hi Geetha,

I would suggest that you might benefit from reading my blog as per RG3's post.

Tony
