Just wanted to introduce myself to board. I'm a 4th generation potato farmer from north eastern North Dakota. We've been washing and packaging fresh potatoes for almost 60 years and now we're working toward becoming GFSI certified.

I want to thank all the experienced people chiming in to help newbies like myself, and especially thank the great people who started this website because I'm certain it's going to come in very handy.

Welcome to the IFSQN, I like potatoes, roasted, jacket (baked with butter), chips (fries)...whatever.  They are the diamonds of the dirt.

Enjoy your stay.
