I would like to ask you if the check lists you provided in word format, could be used in an internal audit for ISO 22000( 2018)

If relevant (iso22000) content is reformatted similar to that in Post 3 and, IMO, with addition of a corrective action section then result is presumably usable within the context of section 9.2.

Thanks for the nice checklist.

 

I note there are some divergences as compared to an earlier excel checklist (non-query format) linked in Post 51 of current thread, particularly regarding the "Additional Requirements"  (AR) section.

 

Some of these divergences are undoubtedly due to limitations of the earlier excel as discussed in my Post5 of the (earlier) excel thread and are due to FSSC's unfortunate habit of issuing various updates to their original release.

 

I note that a few of the "queries" in yr excel are substantially  truncated compared to the text appearing in the earlier excel ( I haven't compared to original AR release). This is OK as long as the original meaning/requirement is not significantly altered (the sub-numbering schemes in 2 checklists are unavoidably arbitrary/different) however  "queries" 2.5.1, 2.5.5  do now seem altered as compared to earlier excel. Maybe also due to later FSSC updates.

 

May I enquire as to the latest FSSC/Additional Requirements Update the checklist is correlated to ?
