Hi all,

Any recommendations for an allergen control program for a dietary supplement manufacturer that is currently not utilizing an HAACP program?  Looking at potential milk allergen in a powder form.  Currently we don't allow allergens into the plant, but we have a contract manufacturing customer who is interested in adding ingredients with milk powder.

How quickly do you think we could implement such a program if "all hands are on deck?"

Thanks!

It should be straightforward to set up an allergen control program for a single allergen as part of your GMPs.

Please contact me dirctly off-line and I will be able to provide more help.
