Food Safety Live 2015

Live Debate 3: How to get off the non-conformance merry-go-round

Zero defects is a myth, but it is a worthy goal! Every business experiences a degree of non-conformance by way of internal defects, customer complaints, audit findings etc. and this has a negative impact both on customer satisfaction and business performance. Where recurring or high levels of non-conformities exists the daily fire-fighting routine, ankle deep in defects can be both energy sapping and demotivating. In this session we discuss how we can take a proactive, structured and analytical approach to dealing with non-conformance in order to get to the root cause of our problems and drive down non-conformance.

This is my best topic of the day. Complaints always come and don't get better much for long time.

I look forward to enjoy this session and all webinar.

Thanks for your comment.  Complaints and defects are a fact of life, but they can be reduced to their absolute minimum with hard work and focus.  I'm sure there will be some great tips shared on how you can do that in this session.

Regards,

Simon

This's impotent/interesting topic .

If internal audit finding some NC it's means we should implementation our process, quality etc all lack points(NC). (Internal audit's fact not faulty)

But, during the external audit we r finding/getting some new NC & some NC same (old) repleted as last audit (like internal & external complaint increase no. of complaint as last audit/year) any other.

Old NC s next time can be major NC.

Some time external customer complaint continuously  repeat root cause not effectively.

Kindly suggest/ advise how to get off all these points.

Regards

Vinit
