So after a month of nonstop discovery, self-teaching, and writing my GMPs, SOPs, PRPs and HACCP plan from scratch, as we had nothing, I am beginning to get nervous and annoyed that I am missing pieces to the puzzle. I am also looking to piece and link all the items with the correct prefixes...
So I am thinking of a management system such as the one always featured on here, IFSQN for ISO 22000.
We are a small company with only 2 employees and the rest are just seasonal help. We manufacture low risk, confections, in the USA.
What are my cheapest alternatives for a managing system? or
Can you provide a table of Contents of the system so I can reference what goes where, in hopes that when we grow we can seamlessly transition into the management system.
