I am working in a Bakery production unit in Dubai and it is a new born company. So i wish to implement HACCP and get HACCP certification which is compulsory in UAE for food supply. As a first step i created a clear HACCP Manuel and started its Documentation. with the help of ifsqn i included all main checklists. So can anybody help me to move ahead.. what is the next step i should do... ? Is Internal Audit is Compulsory for HACCP Certification? and Is consultancy is mandatory if my Manuel is perfect? please guide.....
